In most cases, Land Management Plans, Wildlife Management, Permitting, Surveys, and other environmental projects require some sort of mapping. This is usually associated with habitat or ecosystem surveys, but can include any number of projects, from fence-lines to culverts, from species observations to livestock usage. Of course this is accomplished through a combination of field and digital work. We use Leading Industry Standard GIS mapping software to combine GPS data obtained in the field with other sources and research.
